Dear Anna Reynolds Families, 

Please see this week’s updates/reminders below:

• School Families - Our next School Families will be on Tuesday, November 18th.  We will again be focusing on our expectation of “Be Inclusive.”  We will be reading the book Last Stop on Market Square, learning more about the organization, Foodshare and how to help out around your community.   As part of our School Family, we will begin a “Coin Wars” fundraiser to raise money for Foodshare. Did you know that one dollar donated can create two meals for a family experiencing food insecurity.  The grade level that donates the most money will win extra recess.  For more information on the “Coin Wars” fundraiser, please see the flyer. 

• Spirit Day - The Student Council is having a Pajama Day on Wednesday, November 26th.  Please see the flier. 

• School Calendar - There is an Early Release for Thanksgiving Break on Wednesday, November 26th.  There is no school on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th for Thanksgiving break. 

• Picture Day Retakes - Retakes are scheduled for Friday, November 21st.  Students that were not here on picture day will also be able to take their pictures.  For more information, please see here. 

• Newington Turkey Trot -The annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot will be taking place on Thanksgiving morning at 9:00 AM at Eagle Park. I hope to see you there.  Please see the Flier for more information. 

• Spiritwear - Do you have your Spiritwear to represent Anna Reynolds?  1st Place Spiritwear is currently running a 20% sale with free shipping on orders over $75.  Please see the website to place your orders.
